Kristensen & Kristensen is a Danish family business specialising in solid wood furniture. They manage to create high quality craftsmanship with flexible results based on the customer’s unique wishes, thanks to careful hand sorting and processing of the wood. Their wide range of colours and surface effects, as well as the choice of sizes and designs, offer personal results where the beauty of the wood is highlighted through the design. We caught up with Mikael Deragården, Swedish agent for Kristensen & Kristensen, to discuss his thoughts and expectations for Möbelmässan 2023.
Why are you exhibiting at Möbelmässan Gothenburg?
– We have many Swedish and Scandinavian customers who visit the fair. We received fantastic feedback from last year’s edition, and we were very satisfied ourselves. Of course, we want to experience this again together with our industry colleagues and visitors!
Why should visitors come to your stand?
– We will organise our biggest exhibition by far during Möblelmässan, and visitors won’t want to miss it. This year we will be presenting a combination of brand new products and our most popular products. We offer many different exciting shapes and models of our products, such as our round and slightly narrower models of tables, which we are also looking forward to presenting during the fair. It’s the best opportunity of the year to see our collection in its entirety, and the opportunity to have personal meetings with us at Kristensen&Kristensen.
What products are you offering?
– We offer a wide range of furniture made of solid wood – mainly dining tables, but also associated furniture, such as chairs and benches. We focus on the dining table and start from there when designing your complete dining area, which is why we specialise in it.
